Wellnomics Risk Management enables office workers to complete their own Posture and Workstation Assessments online. The assessment is based on the latest research on office ergonomics1 and complies with health and safety guidelines in most countries. The self-assessment provides office workers with advice on adjusting their work area, and highlights any individuals that may require extra assistance or particular equipment or guidance.
Each employee is prompted to complete an online self-assessment questionnaire.
The assessment covers all the key areas:
Once the questionnaire is completed, each employee receives an online report showing their risk rating and a list of recommended actions.
Clicking on each recommendation provides the employee with instructions on making adjustments to their workstation or posture. Advice is provided regarding best-practice.
