Policy and Safety Culture Assessments
Is your health and safety policy comprehensive and up-to-date? And how strong is your health and safety culture?
Wellnomics helps you answer these questions with the Policy and Safety Culture Assessment.
This assessment uses two questionnaires, one to general staff, and another for health and safety managers or safety representatives.

A report provides you with a rating and lists areas for improvement, together with advice on making these improvements. Advice given is based upon health and safety best practice and the experience of expert consultants in the Work and Employment division of the TNO Research Institute1.
After taking action, you can then perform a reassessment to measure the improvements in your health and safety policy and culture.
