WorkPace® is used by over a million customers globally to track and improve their health and work habits. Adding Linux compatibility will allow organizations such as Intel, who use the application globally, to protect all their staff with the same, scientifically based technology. The tool, in addition to creating positive and sustainable behaviour changes among office workers, is also proven to increase productivity by 10% by increasing accuracy in typing and computer use.
“We’d like to thank our customers for continued support of WorkPace, which has seen heightened demand for the application to be available across multiple platforms” said Kevin Taylor Wellnomics’ CEO. “ This development is key as part of our strategy to retain our position as the leading provider of Ergonomic Software tools in the US and across Australasia”
The Linux version of WorkPace includes Wellnomics’ high definition video exercises which are specially designed to reduce muscle tension and increase blood flow in office workers, these exercises can help prevent OOS. The engaging videos guide the user through each exercise and stretch, ensuring they perform them correctly.
For Wellnomics Risk Management clients WorkPace for Linux now provides the Risk Management system with the same data points as WorkPace for Windows, allowing H&S departments to run reports which will capture data from both systems.
